01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to euwin — an online gaming platform operating under the official domain euwin.fun. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and euwin ("Platform", "We").
By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any service provided by euwin — whether through the website, Android mobile app, iOS app, or any other medium made available by euwin — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you disagree with any part of this document, please stop using the euwin platform immediately. euwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time with reasonable notice to members.
02 Account Eligibility
To register and use euwin's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:
- Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. euwin does not permit registration by minors under any circumstances.
- Residing in a geographic region where participation in online gaming activities is permitted under local law.
- Not currently prohibited or restricted from using any online gambling platform by any relevant authority.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with euwin.
- Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person or third party.
03 Registration & KYC Verification
Each member is permitted to hold one (1) account only at euwin. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and mobile number. False or inaccurate information provided during registration may result in account suspension or closure.
Euwin implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance. You may be required to submit the following documents:
- A copy of your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
- Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement (not older than 3 months).
- Bank statement or e-wallet account screenshot for payment method verification.
- Any additional information requested by the euwin compliance team.
All submitted documents will be kept confidential and processed in accordance with the euwin Privacy Policy. KYC verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days.
04 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals
Euwin supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and direct bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Minimum deposit: RM10 per deposit transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit is set, except as imposed by the respective payment method.
- Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per withdrawal request. Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours on business days.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the euwin account holder.
- euwin does not charge any processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
- euwin reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals that require additional review for security or KYC compliance purposes.
05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
Euwin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover/wagering requirement) specified in the terms of each promotion.
- The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never previously registered an account with euwin.
- Each bonus has its own validity period. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- euwin reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or violation of promotional terms.
- Members are not permitted to create multiple accounts in order to claim the same bonus more than once.
- The game types eligible to contribute towards bonus wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
06 General Gaming Rules
All games available on the euwin platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is certified and independently audited by an accredited third-party verification body. This ensures that every game outcome is random, fair, and free from any manipulation.
The Return to Player (RTP) value for each slot game and casino game is stated in the respective game information. euwin does not modify the RTP values set by the original game providers.
- The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless there is clear and verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
- In the event of a system failure or technical disruption during a gaming session, euwin reserves the right to void and refund the affected bets.
- euwin is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions or device failures on the player's end.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
07 Player Conduct & Responsibility
Euwin is committed to maintaining a safe, fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. As such, every member is fully responsible for ensuring their conduct on the platform complies with the following guidelines:
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities using the euwin platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using the euwin platform for commercial purposes, including reselling accounts or game credits to third parties, is strictly prohibited.
- Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential and must report any suspected unauthorised access to euwin immediately.
- The use of VPNs or identity-masking software to bypass geo-restrictions is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- Respectful conduct toward fellow players and euwin support staff is mandatory. Profanity, threats, or harassment will not be tolerated.
08 Account Closure & Suspension
You may close your euwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure (once applicable wagering requirements have been met) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
Euwin also reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:
- Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
- Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Failure to complete KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
- Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
09 Privacy & Data Protection
Euwin takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. Personal information collected during registration and platform use will be used solely for service operations, identity verification, payment processing and account-related communications.
Euwin will not sell, rent or disclose members' personal information to third parties without the member's consent, except where required by law or by directive from a relevant authority.

10 euwin Liability Limits
Euwin provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we constantly strive to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, euwin makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or meet the specific needs of every member.
- euwin is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
- The maximum total liability of euwin to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- euwin is not liable for any damage caused by viruses, malware or cyber threats beyond euwin's control.
11 Responsible Gaming
Euwin genuinely cares about the well-being of our members. Gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress or hardship. To that end, euwin provides a range of self-control tools to help members play within healthy and responsible limits.
- Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
- Wagering limit: Set a maximum wagering amount per gaming session.
- Temporary break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days whenever needed.
- Self-exclusion: Members may apply for a self-exclusion from the platform for an extended period.

12 Terms & Conditions Amendment
Euwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the euwin platform after any terms update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
